 Tax Relief for Elderly/Disabled Homeowners and Renters: This program gives seniors and/or disabled homeowners property tax relief, as provided through the State of Connecticut. Credits are based on a graduated income scale. The period for application for homeowners is February 1st - May 15th, while renters may apply May 15th through September 15th.
